Last Will And Testament of
Thomas J. Glover
The State of Alabama Probate Court Feb. 18, 1876 Barbour County Presiding H. C. Russell Judge of said court
The undersigned respectfully represents unto your honor that Thomas J. Glover late of Barbour County Alabama died on the 26th day of February AD 1863 and left no will. That Rachael Glover the widow of said Thomas J. Glover and Jennie Brown the now wife of Frederick L. Brown and S.E.E Glover nineteen years of age, Shady A. F. Glover seventeen years of age and May L. Glover fourteen years of age the last four named the children of said Thomas J. Glover are the heirs at law and the only heirs at law of said decedent owned and possessed at the time of his death the following lands in Barbour County Alabama. To wit The SE ¼ of the SW ¼ if section 31 Township twelve Range 29. The undersigned at the request and upon the application of said widow makes this application for letters of administration upon the estate of said decedent. This 4th day of February 1871.
