The State of Alabama
Barbour County Know all men by these presents that Edmund E. Glover, Geo. W. Coleman and Euealine Glover are held and firmly bound unto His Honor J. S. William Judge of the Probate Court of said County and his successors in office in the sum of Four Thousand Dollars for the payment we find ourselves our heirs Executors administrators and assigns, jointly and severally firmly by these presents. sealed with our seals and dated this the 13 day of October AD 1862. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound Edumnd E. Glover has been duly appointed administrator of the Estate of John R. Glover late of Barbour county deceased. Now if the said E. E. Glover shall well and truly perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of him as such administrator then the above obligation to be void ? to remain in full force.
